Collaborating with Knotel and a diverse team of stakeholders from various cities, we served as the architect of record for this workplace endeavor. Positioned on the top floor of a commercial office building amidst the picturesque Texas Hill Country, our engagement centered on transforming a concept provided by the Knotel team into reality. Alongside a group of consultants, our responsibilities included steering through the intricate permitting and entitlements process and devising strategies to expedite the design and permitting phases.
This workspace is designed to offer a variety of meeting settings, complemented by areas dedicated to work and relaxation, creating a multifaceted environment conducive to productivity and collaboration.
